Commencing ASAP

We are looking for an enthusiastic, hardworking and flexible individual to join ¿ìÉ«ÊÓƵ’s School as our Senior Engagement and Events Manager.

The post holder will manage the delivery of events and engagement activities for the whole of the ¿ìÉ«ÊÓƵ’s community – pupils, Old Paulines (alumni), parents of current and/or former pupils, and staff. The ideal candidate will have experience of managing both physical and virtual events and have at least three years’ experience working in development/alumni relations/events or an equivalent profession.

Salary: Competitive + benefits

Working hours: 35 hours per week, Monday – Friday. The post holder will be expected to work out of hours for events, which will be remunerated by Time Off In Lieu (TOIL). Flexibility offered to work from home during school holidays.

Commencing August 2024 for three years

This is a new and exciting opportunity to work as PA to the Deputy Head (Partnerships and Public Benefit) and help with the efficient running of the partnerships department as the school seeks to significantly grow its public benefit work. The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent interpersonal and communication skills with first class organisational and administrative skills. Previous experience working in the education sector is not essential but would be beneficial.

Salary: Competitive plus benefits.

Hours: Full time; 37.5 hours per week. Monday to Friday, including one hour for unpaid break. The role is offered (as a minimum) as term time + 4 weeks, however full time may be considered. Candidates should make any preference clear in their application. The ability to work on occasional Saturday mornings would be desirable.

We are looking for a School Receptionist to provide effective, frontline reception and administrative support to the Junior School. This is a varied role, which includes being the first point of contact for parents, pupils and visitors, and various administrative tasks such as monitoring registration and completing absence and late reports.

The ideal candidate will have excellent interpersonal skills, the ability to be diplomatic and discreet and be highly organised. Experience in a busy receptionist role is desirable.

Salary: Competitive plus benefits.

Hours: Term time (34 weeks) with an extra five weeks out of term time. Full time – Monday – Friday, 8am – 5pm with one hour for lunch. Part time working may be considered, please indicate the arrangements you would be interested in within the application form.

This is a unique opportunity to gain valuable coaching and teaching experience and be part of multifaceted sports department. The ideal candidate will be fit, athletic, and, possess reasonable strength and conditioning competencies, as well a keen desire to learn and develop. The selected individual will be offered a casual, hourly paid opportunity to work with our performance, co-curricular and recreational pupils.

Salary: Hourly rate of pay will be discussed at interview.

Hours: This is a casual position and hours of work will be confirmed with the line manager as and when coaching is required. Occasional weekend work may be required.

Commencing 27 August 2024

We have an excellent opportunity for an administrator to join the Music Department. The successful candidate will be required to work three days a week during term-time (Wednesdays, Thursdays and Fridays), and will be responsible for the day-to-day administration of the instrumental lessons provided by the peripatetic music teachers and booking of teaching rooms. This is a busy role which requires excellent organisational skills, ability to work to deadlines and strong attention to detail.

Hours: Term time, part time, three days per week (Wednesday – Friday), 8am – 4.30pm. Occasional ad hoc work during the school holidays may be required.
